Even after all these years I still love this video! A nice throwback to one of the first ASMR videos I watched.

When you were playing with the water at the start, I got crazy tingles. More please! :D

Alli Artist I'm so glad this video works for you! I am definitely working on more videos in my spare time, so don't worry! Feel free to leave a comment letting me know if you have any suggestions for videos or requests. Thanks for watching! :)

The combination of the seeds dropping into the water and the cracking(?) sound of the pomegranate gave me the hugest tingles I've had in a long time. Also, you have a great voice for ASMR :). Subscribed!

Thank you! I hope you like future videos as well. Let me know if you have any ideas or requests for me to try! Glad to hear I could help :)

I'm a huge fan of food/cooking so what you've been doing so far has been perfect. It'd be awesome to hear you share more of your favourite recipes :). Also, I'm not sure if you're in to crafty things at all, but I've always found that watching someone meticulously do things like is really relaxing/informative!
@MegInWhispers10 жыл бұрын
That's great! I definitely have a few videos ideas that I hope to film within the next few weeks having to do with food (I can do a recipe video too!). And I'm absolutely into crafty things so next time I do a project of some kind, I'll try filming it :) Thanks for your feedback and keeping sending it if you have anything to add! :)

Loved the video! Pomegranates are very beautiful fruits, and apparently make some great sounds too haha.
@TheAragaren20039 жыл бұрын
1) kudos to you for being smart enough to be the first asmr artist to put a towel down so things don't make noise. 2) just a slight suggestion. to avoid losing all of that juice at the beginning. Instead of cutting through. Use your knife to just score the skin and then run your fingers between the halves all the way around and then pull the whole thing apart, kind of like an avocado.
@MegInWhispers9 жыл бұрын
+TheAragaren2003 Thanks! Agreed, I now cut pomegranates this way : ) Just as easy and saves lots of the fruit juice.

Not the first, plenty of them do it to avoid the added noise

In my experience, a better way to go about doing this is to cut off a slice from each end (top and bottom. 1cm~. trying to remove husk), score the sides of the husk(3-4 shallow slices), and then pull the fruit apart with your hands. This damages less seeds than quartering it. Also people do this in water because when you're de-seeding the seeds will sink and the membrane will float.
@MegInWhispers8 жыл бұрын
+jwrightsedam Yup, I agree! This is a great way to do it :) Tried & true!
@jzmc038 жыл бұрын
I love pomegranate juice and I want to love pomegranates but I feel that for as much work as they are they don't taste that great...I think it's that I don't care for the seeds inside it feels like I'm just eating little seeds nothing else. :-/
@MegInWhispers8 жыл бұрын
+jzmclain03 Aaw, I'm sorry to hear this! I don't mind the texture personally, but I can definitely see how it's not for everyone. At least you love the juice, though! :)
