I figured out why I love your particular voice so much - there's something about the way you pronounce your S, T, and P sounds that is so gentle yet has just the right amount of percussive quality. Almost like you're tapping with your voice. I don't know if it's because of the mic you use or just your voice, but it's so much better than a lot of other asmr channels who are great but have very hard/abrasive consonant sounds. So glad I found this channel!!

you can coat the tarnished ring in a clear nail polish so that it wont turn your finger green 😊

I love your vids! Also, I used to live in Raleigh, so that's fun to me. Such a pretty part of the country. I live in Denton, TX now and there's this place you would LOVE - it's called the Mini Mall and it's one giant old building with probably over 100 booths that people sell absolutely everything in. Want a barbie from the 60s? Costume jewelry? Clothes? A realistic looking sarcophagus? Pretty much anything you could think of, it's there. It's a wonderland of weird stuff. :)

Greensboro is my neck of the woods! I first found you because I love your asmr, but then I found out you also thrift/resell and you're easily one of my fav youtubers now :P I worked at the salvation army "select" store in Greensboro for a little over a year and decided to quit in December to pursue reselling on ebay! I had the same problem with my ears for years, couldn't wear even 18k gold without my ears swelling. But after I had let them grow up, I decided to try one more time. I got my ears pierced with titanium and never had one problem with them! Now, I can wear anything, I just had to let them heal with the titanium studs! Maybe that is something you could try!

I think it would be really great if you could do a video with basic jewelry repairs. I made jewelry and I am always sad when people get rid of jewelry because it's broken, but it could be repaired by replacing a lobster claw clasp with snap or magnetic clasp, or using a polishing cloth.

There are so many good thrift stores in the High Point area. Truly. Now, Winston-Salem/Mt. Airy? Not so much. They have Goodwills there, but they're awful in my opinion. Bad selection and high prices. Bleh.

SouthernASMR Sounds I have been to the one in High Point. I've got to agree with you, though. The one in Greensboro is much nicer. I think the staff is more laid back and they're nicer. Might just be me though.

Oh, I agree. The High Point location employees seem to have an attitude most of the time. The store always looks cluttered and junky, too. The fact that you have to go in through the back entrance (which is always so messy and shady looking) is depressing, too.

Vibes are important when you thrift shop (I'm not crunchy, I swear :) I had a thrift shop I went to a lot until I heard the women who worked their bullying a younger employee. They were kinda vicious to her, so much so that it made her cry. I did a lot research into new thrifting locations cause I just couldn't stand the oppressive thrifting environment. They women would interrogate you about what size of things you were buying. They acted like it was their stuff or something. Super weird. (edited to say that shirt is super 90's, love the graphics!)

Yikes...I wouldn't shop there anymore, either. There's one consignment shop in my area that has super awesome stuff, but I won't shop there because the employees are all jerks. They act a lot like the ones you described, and I refuse to give my business to an establishment that would employ those a-holes. I love my shirt! I can't wait to wear it! It's a bit wild for work, but the weather looks like it's going to be nice and warm this weekend, so I'll wear it then!
