My mother and grandmother have insomnia which has most likely been given to me because my brain decides to not turn off for at least 8 hours so I can sleep. I had found asmr and it's really great stuff which helps me sleep, the only downside is that I have wired headphones and tend to fall asleep while watching so I tell someone I'm going to bed with headphones in so they will remember to take them out for me so I dont choke😂
