I have to say that finger thing you do is incredible it's a very calming sound. I have been watching nothing but you and Creative Calm this past week and I have found my stress levels to be hugely reduced after spending years trying to find something to help. The fluttering thing itself doesn't give me a reaction as such but it makes me think of the videos I have watched and that chills me out. The other day I was in a big traffic jam (getting wound up by the wait) and my friend said "what are you doing"? It turns out that i was sat there fluttering with my fingers by my ears without realising it! Not sure if that is how it is intended to be used but it was working and working well. Normally after about 5 minutes I have had enough, but I was happy sitting there. Thank you for all the time you put in to making other peoples lives better!

I’ve noticed how I don’t get tingles by auditory things, but I get tingles by watching hand movements and “face touching”. There should really be like a genre for visual “tinglers”, kinda like ASMR, because it’s relaxing, but more visual.

I have watched almost all your content, and so much ASMR, and for some reason (not just the black and white), this video is simply the best. I really enjoy the personal attention, the hand movements, the calm, quiet explanations of what you're doing, and the resemblances to a cranial nerve exam.
