This is a great video for just listening to when stressed, or when people are really annoying, just pop on headphones and James' voice soothes the anxiety demons. But then again, James could literally read the dictionary and I'd probably find it to be stress reducing. ASMR idea: Midnight librarian reads dictionary??? Thanks James for making these videos, they really help w calming down pre-panic attacks.

The feeling of a calm & relaxed pace (as you said - not in any hurry) with the various treatments and soothing explanations is so good. The color palette with the candles and small lights added to the effect. I particularly enjoyed the steam rising from the bowl early on. James, I just listened to this video, twice in a row (because I love it), not while I was trying to sleep, but while needing some stress relief. I love both this one, and your Midnight Spa video, both of which are very relaxing (and both of which, I *so* wish I could make happen, in reality, though I know I must content myself with the make-believe scenarios, alas! 😔). I’m not trying to make any demands for change in future videos, as it’s entirely up to you how you wish to color your backgrounds in your videos, and really all parts of your creation, and I am happy and thankful to watch and listen to any and all of your work, no matter what color palette you select. However, since you did ask us (your audience) for our thoughts: I do very much prefer the purple background, in the Midnight Spa video, over the bright orange and pink background, in this one, since I find the purple (which is my favorite color in the world 💜) very relaxing and pleasure-inducing, but the orange, quite the opposite of those things.

i love the sound of gurgling water in the background and sounds of steaming.
