This is the first video of yours I watched that put me to sleep! All the whispering was SO relaxing. I'm a caregiver for my younger sister who is autistic which at times can be quite challenging. I do what I can to make time for my self care but don't always do so. I lost my Mom back in Sep 2021 ( Covid pneumonia) which to this day is of course still challenging at times. Watching your videos have been helping with the grief, depression and frustration I feel from time to time. I am glad I came across your channel! 💕
