not only are mouth sounds one of my favorite triggers, but the faintest bit of music in the background is soooo relaxing! i sometimes listen to just calming soundtracks and ambiences to fall asleep as well, so this is like the perfect mix for me. sooo tingly and sleepy!! 💗
