while you're improving your mental health, i hope you know how much your videos help me get a handle on mine. this year i started suffering from anxiety attacks. no logical explanation, no specific triggering event .. just bam. human brains are weird like that. but your asmr videos are so calming and entertaining and i always look forward to seeing a new one posted. in between your new content, i revisit my favorite old ones. i think i've watched the medical check up one 50 times. the combo of the good sounds and the comedy of it can distract me every time! ty for all the work you do!

I remember being an anxious teenager and watching your videos to help me sleep. Now as a slightly less anxious young adult, I still watch your videos for comfort, new or old. Those videos helped me have a night of sleep when I dreaded work the next day, and they helped me sleep when the nights were relaxed.
