Caroline, your claws are just beautiful and your hair is so fluffy! The hand movements/brushing with the sounds were very soothing and the trigger words quite relaxing. I may not be getting tingles, but I can say this is one of the very, very few ASMR videos I've ever watched/listened to that I had to prematurely stop and go lay down. I had to pause it at around 32 minutes. Mind you, that was the whole point. I wanted to wind down and let the relaxation build up so I get a good morning's sleep. I just hadn't expected it to kick in before you were done. It was just what I needed this morning after a long night.

Not so long, beacuse a week or two ago I started to experience anxiety attacks almost everytime I wanted to go to sleep. There is nobody who can calm me down, beacuse nobody knows I experience these attacks. I find your ASMRs EXTREMELY helpful and calming! Whenever I start to feel my heart is racing and I have difficulties breathing I immediately turn one of your videos on and everything is starting to be ok again. I'm soooo incredibly thankful for what you're doing ❤️ I find the ASMRs with whispering things like "i love you, you're good" most calming and helpful for me. I stop feeling bad and I fall asleep almost immediately. Could you please do another one containing things like "it's ok, calm down, you're loved, everything is ok, i love you, you're good"?
