What is ASMR?
ASMR is a physical reaction to sound, sometimes even causing a warm tingling sensation. Side effects may include: feelings of relaxation, calmness, comfort, moments of entertainment, followed by the intense need to nap. I've been watching asmr since 2012 and making them since 2016, with the goal of creating videos I wished to see more of in the community.

People who would probably read my comment, I want to tell you that yesterday I was watching PJ’s videos for sleep, 10 minutes later an earthquake (not strong enouhgt) hit my country. Though the effects of ASMR can sometimes be questioned, the danger in it is pretty clear: not dangerous. Like listening to rain fall or wind in the trees, ASMR is generated sound designed to relax the mind. Last time we checked, there's no harm in listening to the rain fall or some one whispering in your ear.
