Aida 18ct Pros: Canvas is not visible for full coverage designs with cross stitch of original DMC floss The smallest cross stitch that is easy to stitch with. Pixels are not so big and final picture is great Cons: With cross stitch it takes 30% longer to stitch (compare to the same design but with the tent stitch) I have tried to stitch with half stitch using 3 strands. I did not like it at all. Not my type whatsoever! If I stitch with dmc from aliexpress it is too small canvas for this floss. On full coverage designs with many confetti stitches it is a challenge to stitch and come to the final point. I feel that my eyes get tired faster on this canvas compare to half stitch options. Conclusion: I try to have only one WIP on this canvas at a time. It is definitely the best result for the cross stitch option. So, when I finish the girl I’ll stitch on it something else. At the moment I have two WIPs on this canvas. A couple words about the project: I stitch this little girl 3 years already. It was a kit with canvas, floss and such. I like the design a lot! One of these projects that I imagine on the wall and it looks amazing. It is 400x600 cross stitches and it is about 60% done. Will stitch to the finish sometime next year. Hope to finish it around May 2025.

Hi Debbie! Agree! And it is interesting to watch other people stitching because I understand I would not be able to stitch every pattern. But when I see someone stitching it, it is almost like I stitch two times more 😃

@@StitchingMasterpieces 😆 I'm the same but I do love it. Sometimes it feels like you're never going to finish & when you do it's " oh I'm gunna miss you" then off to the next cs to start all over again... its like an addiction for sure. 🤦‍♀️🥰

Oh yeah! But I feel this kind of addiction is the best one of any I can imagine. We relax with it, make something beautiful and actually our brain does bot suffer or even might benefit from it. What can be better? 🥰

Нитки ДМС, которые мне эстэ прислала. Я иногда ими на девчушке пользуюсь, потому что они явно суше чем в магазине. Но в целях конкретного видео, я просто хотела звук нитки сделать мягче

@Elena_L04 пнк никогда осознанно не пробовала, поэтому точно на счет них не скажу. Но ДМС бывают суховаты. Да и у меня воск сейчас обязательно иметь для шелковых нитей.очень уж они своенравные. А для ДМС я одно время в обязаловку покупала по 1 баночке на проект. Но потом как-то привыкла без него и уже редко им пользуюсь. Вот теперь если буду только звуки корректировать с помощью него
