ASMR Super hard adjustments by the bonesetter

This video is made for educational purposes. The specialist's name is Artem (inst @donskoikostoprav) and it's already my third visit to him, some of you have been really waiting for it :) In this video Artem is performing some preventive massage and adjustments. And they were really tough... Of course this technique should be performed by a trained specialist and you should consult a qualified specialist before trying it. During the video Artem is describing his actions in detail and is sharing some interesting information about what he's doing. At the end of the video I shared my opinion on the session.

Был 2 раза у Артёма. Действительно, выглядит намного страшнее, чем по ощущениям. Обращался вобщем-то без особых жалоб, только дискомфорт в области грудного отдела. Стало лучше, но временно, так как сидячая работа и гимнастику не делаю. Но на 2-5 месяцев хватает. Собственно нужно комплексно подходить к вопросу, чего я не делал)) Ну а так, вме терпимо и по ощущениям безопасно.

Хотелось бы попросить уважаемого Тимура почаще ходить к "донскому костоправу" Артёму. Любой врач скажет, что лечиться надо курсами, вот и тут тоже хорошо бы пройти курс. Ролики с Артёмом получаются самыми зрелищными и оздоравливающими. "Живой Тимур - это же шикарно!"(с) И, Тимур, побольше блаженства на лице! А то слишком часто какое-то мученическое выражение лица. Массаж - это же всегда приятно.
