Hardest adjustments in my life | Scoliosis treatment ASMR

This manual therapy session was filmed in Rostov-on-Don. The specialist's name is Artem (inst @donskoikostoprav). Kostopravs (bonesetters/chiropractors) are quite popular in Russia and many people in the comments section asked me to try it. I'd never been to such sessions before and when I was on my way there I didn't know exactly what was going to happen. Well, I can say that it was really tough (I left a comment on the session at the end of the video). I'm not sure if this type of technique actually works but it was interesting to try. As for me, I didn't feel better or worse after the session but I feel ok. Of course this technique should be performed by a trained specialist and you should consult a quilified specialist before trying it. During the video Artem is describing his actions and is giving interesting information on what's going on.

Костоправ это очень трудная профессия!!! Знаю из личного опыта, после родов не смогла ходить.... Отвезли к костоправу в село Дальник. Несли меня в дом 2 человека, что вытворял костоправу рассказывать не буду, было больно очень.... Обратно к машине шла на своих ногах. 🎉Костоправу был мокрый как будто его облили водой. При этом нужно сделать КТ позвоночника, сходить к спецу который скажет что можно вправлять, а что нет. А то от таких ударов можно и нерв перебить, надеюсь костоправ направлял пациента на КТ или что то подобное. В слепую делать тоже как то не очень. Бить по остистым отросткам думаю не очень безопасно

Да, кстати, если вы верите, что сколиоз правится парой ударов, спешу вас огорчить. Про торчащие позвонки чел вообще порадовал, он не в курсе про то,что сообщение c7 t1 должно выступать🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦 Память мышц у него какая-то, соли разбивает. Это не медицина, а шаманизм. В одном он прав, среди мануальных терапевтов вы такой правки не встретите.

This one and visit in Sochi with the other bone setter was absolutely most decisive treatments.I could see difference in his spine and hopefully it stayed that way for some time. Tough treatment,but it gave result.
