Nope! Because Jimmy eventually answers the Walkie talkie (implied by Fred as he talks back to Jimmy several times in the later parts of the video). The person who we are, were a security guard who surveys the outside of the building, who was sent down into the server room to do some rounds and check stuff out. So no, I can confidently say that we are not Jimmy, Rather - a random security guard.
