I'm a veteran and I suffer from depression, anxiety, PTSD and loneliness really badly. It's hard to talk about cause so many people don't understand and there's some things you just can't explain easily into words once they've hurt so bad for so long. When you started humming, I literally stopped every thought blazing through my head and started breathing calmer and just crying softly. I just want someone to care and if this is as close as I can get, I'll accept it for now. It's just really nice to hear someone who doesn't sound super fake while they're fooling me (of my own desire) into thinking that that person is here in the room. I know I'll find that person one day. But these kinds of videos make the unbearable weight of loneliness much more bearable while waiting for that day to come. Peace love and blessings to you! ❤🙏

Been through a lot (haven't we all). My childhood was abruptly cut short, and for the majority of my adolescence it was a total shitshow, constantly a crisis. Once that all ended, I felt like I never really recovered, and have struggled to maintain consistency or hope in really any aspect of my life. Struggled with mental illness for years now, and most days, I don't believe things will ever change. This really helped me, thank you. I felt relaxed and at peace, even if just for an hour.

First off I just wanted to say that the massage audio felt really comforting and soothing. The way you showed care and attentiveness at the start kind of helped feel emotions and vulnerability, and that carried through really well throughout the video. It felt gentle in a sense. I really appreciated how you made sure to preempt each part with some visuals and made a neat little moment, with the incense and candles for example. Along with that experience, all the color palette felt harmonious and I love the environment you set up, it felt really inviting for an escape and you did a great job. So thanks so much, I was well and it felt kind considering a lot of noise my brain has been making. I'm in the midst of dealing with some ongoing problems with self worth again and understanding a better or more updated idea of a place in the world for someone like me. So with my brain feeling so much repressed stuff I'm kind of lacking in some points of reference for self care, abolishing old ones to some extent and bringing to light what I kept out front and vulnerable for a few years. I just hope to be whole and to find harmony in how separate I feel once it comes to an end. In any case, it resonated with me in my current turmoil somehow and it was really soothing regardless.
