Hello Angels :D (i edited this 2 hrs after posting because it was a bit chaotic for me to readLOL)
This past week, I've been feeling sooo chaotic preparing for my move 😭. I think just... knowing my entire life is going to be shaken up, shakes up my brain too. But whenever I'm feeling really out of control in life, I'll get out of my room and turn to nature. So for the past week, I've gone on walks and hikes nearly every day. I just came back from a 4.5 mile walk today! Nature is so grounding to me. It's one of my favorite things to listen to an audio book or a youtube video or music and just walk for hours. It reminds me how much dopamine i get by going out and how much I crave it. Engaging with my IRL environment floods my brain with good vibes and makes me motivated to keep creating rather than endlessly consuming.
Going out to get some fresh air in nature has also been the best way to deal with my anxiety! And I've been feeling a lot of anxiety lately. I'm a bit of an antsy gal in general tbh 😭 The world gives us a lot to be anxious over, it'd be delusional to deny it. But anxiety doesn't run my life anymore, and that's more than I could have asked for. But yes! Listening to audio books, music, or youtube videos on my long walks have been my current addiction. Just finished Atomic Habits for my 3rd time :D Highly recommend coming from someone who really struggles with creating and maintaining healthy habits and systems.
I've also realized how much of an independent person I am. It's to the point that I have so many activities I enjoy, but I don't really think of inviting people in to them with me. Maybe it's because there's a certain vulnerability that comes with... anything related with people. Sigh, one more thing to unpack in therapy. BUT!! That's also why the internet is so great :D I feel like I can bring people along on some of my activities with me! And no one is pressured or anything to come, you're all here on your own free will 😊. is what i want you to think 😊🔪.

I am going to be busy packing and moving this next week! So you'll either see my new set up next week or the week after:D I'm a little nervous I'm not going to lie. Like my new room is SMALL. I actually prefer small rooms because they make me feel more cozy and less stressed because they require less maintenance, but as a content creator, a small room IS JUST HORRIBLE. I have nowhere to film or put my stuff and AHHHHHH IDK WHAT I'M GOING TO DOOOOOOOOOO
Ok actually I'll have my current apartment for a bit longer (anywhere from 1-4 months because I'm moving out early) so I am planning on turning it in to my filming studio! If you're reading this and confused, TL;DR I'm moving out early before my lease is up, and I'm suing my apartment complex for negligence. There's always a chance I might lose and lose a ton of money but YOLO!!! It's the principle of the matter. I'm not here to win a bunch of money, I'm here to stand up for my rights and hopefully the judge will make the right decision. I shouldn't disclose more than that though! Law suits are a loooooong process, but I will update you all when it's all over :D

I was reflecting on it, and I genuinely think I've been feeling more comfortable online and more confident as a human being because you guys absolutely FLOOD me with kind messages. Like what the HECK T_T. It makes me want to return the energy as well!!! I will be giving you all little affirmations sprinkled throughout my videos but I just wanted to say that we got this 😭❤️ I know we are all out here figuring life out and doing our best. And doing our best looks different in everyone, so there is really no need to compare or be hard on ourselves or others. In this tough world, some kindness goes a long way 🦋
