The difference between breakfast tea and afternoon tea is that brekafast teas are typically stronger, in both flavor and caffeine content, so they wake you up and pair well with a hearty breakfast. Afternoon teas are typically milder and are meant to accompany lil tea snacks like biscuts or tiny sandwiches, etc. Great video by the way! Combining asmr and tea may possibly be my favorite thing ever :)

Hey Ally, this video was great. Quick correction on how to properly drink your tea (coming from an English gal)! You rest the strainer with the leaves in over your teacup and pour the boiling water over that rather than rest it in the teapot, it's also brewed for only around 2-3 minutes max in a teapot ☺ English Breakfast tea is traditionally drunk with milk and sugar as it has a bitter taste without, but is also drank with a squeeze of lemon 🍋 English Afternoon tea is often drank with cream and paired with scones and jam 😋 but can also be drunk with milk! Earl Grey is best with a squeeze of lemon, but can be paired with milk also. I often add honey to my Earl Grey if it's been brewed for too long. Black teas are really bitter if brewed for more than 5 minutes!! Hope this helps your future tea ventures ☕️❤

English breakfast teas are stronger blends with more caffeine to wake you up, typically we put milk and sugar in them, they are what you recognise as an traditional English cuppa. Afternoon teas are a lighter blend, don't necessarily have milk in them, sometimes taken with a slice of lemon.
