I don't get "tingles" but I find ASMR to be relaxing. I first looked into because of a few instances in childhood that might have been. One was when I was in school and the class was working on something individual, like writing a poem. The teacher would walk around the room and come over to students. She'd lean down and look at what you had done, then whisper some suggestions or comments on what you had so far.

I had a teacher just like this my senior year he would literally sit with me during my lunch period to go over things I didn’t understand and he would stop in the middle of class and ask me if I understood and if he could tell I was lost he’d go over it again he always encouraged me and he had more faith in me then I had in myself
