HELLO!!! Y'all have to help me name this trigger/concept - it's like visualizations but NOT??

But this is like - similar but different ish?? Maybe the same! LET ME KNOW
But more importantly... I hope you leave me some comments to read because I really am dying to know what everyone else "saw"! It also reminds me of this viral image/tweet I've seen many times about how different people conceptualize and "see" different level of detail in their head. The original tweet was deleted but you can google like;;; apple visualization exercise to see what I mean haha.

As someone with aphantasia (no mental imagery/ability to visualize) this was interesting. I didn’t realize people could actually ‘picture’ things until last year-thought it was a metaphor. Interesting that people see images with different levels of detail!

I can see pictures in my head but I dont have a very good imagination so like if someone says a dog I think of my dogs and if someone says a house I think of my house so my imagination isn’t very wild but this has helped me go to sleep and try to get a better imagination

My answers here! • My circle is a 2D white circle parallel to my face. • I don’t know why but the first house that came to my mind is the house from Blue’s Clues lol. So yellow house, red roof, one story. Cartoon house. • I don’t know what’s up with me but for a clever person I thought of Hermoine from HP. But younger Hermoine, from the first movie lol. • Tiramisu from my favorite local Italian restaurant. Absolutely amazing. Huge helping of it with a cherry one top. • Purple marker. • A little hamster. • Disney World, only because my family is going in 2 weeks lol. • A small child, maybe 4, with a witch costume on with the full green face makeup and fake nose. • HGTV, some sort of remodeling homes shows. • Dr. Pepper, my weakness lol. • Super surprising bc I wouldn’t have thought so BUT my room is the lightest purple, almost white. White and lavender pillows with a white blanket. The sun is shining through the windows but not too bright. There’s plants all around and small mirrors on the walls. Everything seems light and airy, like a fairy lives there. Earth tones but they don’t collide with the light purple. Hard to explain lol. • I go to a world that’s like fields of tall grass, it’s a real world place but idk where. • my first thought went to the twilight woods, like Washington woods lol. The whole blue lighting and everything. • I have NO idea how to explain it but it’s a dress from my favorite movie, Funny Face, that Audrey Hepburn wears while walking the runway. • I’m wearing my comfortable pink penguin pants, that’s all I see lol.

The doors and windowsills are red. House is made of bricks. I'm looking at it from the street 3: my mind went to my boss. 4. its a desert that is a vanilla 2 tier cake with chocolate sauce dripping down the whole cake, it has whipped cream on top with some strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, it also has chocolate chips around the bottom, i have not had this dessert before, its a real dessert, it is large and it is spinning in a 360 degree rotation on a circle board, there is fruit, whipped cream, and chocolate.

Gosh, Gibi actually i don't like giving this kind of a compliment because it's so superficial, but you are so beautiful. It's not just your look, it's kind of connected to your being: I feel so safe and comfortable while watching your videos. after watching Gibi for a while now I think I've finally found out what my favorite type of ASMR is. I really enjoy the close up slow whispering (Same as this video). but i also really like the filler/background/white noise that comes with roleplay videos. Like the very subtle noise you get when moving with a jacket on, or the noise you get when using a tool, not tapping the tool but actually using the tool. The "Let Me Fix Your Malfunctions" video that Gibi did a month ago was an incredibly tingle filled video for me. The Fixing Your Sleep Malfunction was the same, with the jacket noise and tool noises. it was just heaven. I do now realize that I just really liked the fixing malfunctions videos, but i hope you do more of those type of videos. Either way, this was a nice video and got me ready for bed, even tho its mid day!

this was so fun! 1. a red half-sphere laying flat on a table. the sphere was made of crinkly/shiny aluminum 2. my childhood home in the suburb, it's very detailed and i'm seeing it from across the street 3. the person on the 7 of swords tarot card stealing a bunch of swords. more tricky than clever 4. one of those huge chocolate chip cookies in a skillet that you get at a chain restaurant. it has ice cream, whipped cream, caramel and chocolate sauce. and walnuts. 5. a turquoise blue-raspberry scented mr.sketch from one of those big boxes 6. a freshwater turtle 7. orlando airport for a disney vacation 8. a 5-6 year old girl in an angel costume but very specifically like the girl in hocus pocus when she says "bless you" and the sanderson sisters start yelling 9. deadliest catch, pawn stars, or any other kind of middle aged dad show 10. a gallon of arizona iced tea drank straight from the bottle 11. i'm in a house with my future wife/girlfriend and the room has white walls, a bunch of pictures/paintings in gold frames, heavy antique furniture, and string lights twinkling everywhere. the bed is a queen size with a huge white comforter and all white sheets. it's really early in the morning so the sun is streaming in the windows and the room is freezing but in a comfortable way. 12. when i get sucked down through the bed i end up in a lake somehow? like i'm underwater, floating and suspended just below the surface, and when i come up for air i'm in a fjord with beautiful mountains in the background. 13. a beach with a ton of cliffs and big rocks in the back. it's very peaceful and sunny and there's a ton of tide pools that i can explore. 14. i'm going to a marine science conference to present my research. i'm wearing all black from head to toe: black turtleneck, black pants, black blazer, doc martens, and a long silver necklace. 15. a huge oversized black hoodie and loose plaid flannel pants

Ok I haven’t watched the whole video but here are my visuals so far: Circle: My circle was basically the same as Gibi’s. It was a black outline of a circle that was medium size in the middle of my minds eye. The background was like a blank piece of paper. House: The house I picture was basically a child’s drawing version of the emoji house 🏠 Smart person: My smart person was a somewhat young person smiling very loudly. They were wearing a black suit with black glasses and black hair and a pencil behind their ear. They also had a lightbulb above their head. Decadent dessert: My dessert was very similar to gibis but based off a different thing. It was a multi tiered cartoon strawberry cake that looked very squishy. My cake was definitely based off the strawberry cake in one of the dr. Seuss books, I remember always getting hungry when looking at that cake. Cartoon cakes look delicious. I have that thing where you can’t see things in your mind properly, so these exercises are always both a fun challenge and infuriating for me. Answers below! My circle was 2D with a black outline. It was away from me, in front of a yellow wall, but not drawn directly on it. My house was interesting. I could see it from a distance from above, with no roof, exactly like the Sims 4 build mode lmao. It was two storeys, with light blue walls and a warm interior with lots of bright furniture. My clever person was a really crude outline of a cartoon person, hardly visible. They were a nerdy caricature, big glasses and a straight face, but not unkind. They also wore a simple dress shirt. My dessert was fun as a baker; it was the clearest image of all. It was a chocolate fondant, with a spun caramel bowl holding a pistachio macaron and some icecream of some kind. It was plated on a black plate, sitting on a red tablecloth, with silverware around it. My marker was fluctuating between navy blue and dark green. My animal at the store was also a lizard! A big one. My plane landed in Thailand (I’ve travelled there a lot, so it’s familiar). Halloween isn’t really done here, so I could just see my daughter and her friends in their book week costumes (fairies and princesses). The channel was playing a nature documentary. My drink was a cold energy drink (I misplaced one today, clearly I’m still seething lol). My bedroom was filled with sunlight, and very maximalist with lots of bright art and photos and LOTS of plants. There was a long desk for crafting under a huge window. The bed was tall and plush, with lots of blankets. When I went through the bed, I was just floating backwards, downwards, into a deep blue abyss. Not unlike the Kingdom Hearts cinematic opening lmao. My nature spot was sitting on spongy grass and moss by a creek, with dappled sunlight and critters darting around in the water. It was warm and smelled damp. My outfit was platform shoes and an emerald green silky dress. Do they go together? Probably not. Was I wearing it anyway, and looking good? Yes. My pyjamas were grey, soft but not fluffy. The pants were long, and the shirt had short sleeves and some kind of graphic on it.

alright might as well get in on it its a lot be ready lol *Circle*: a black, 2d circle. its about arms length from me and covers maybe 1/4th of the picture. for some reason, its on a dark grey background. the circle is barely visible. *House*: its just a square with a triangle on top. its drawn onto a blank sheet of paper in crayon. roof is blue, square is red, windows are light blue, and door is green. nothing is coloured in. *Clever Person*: not exactly a person but i picture a bright orange, anthropomorphic fox like from a fable or something. he wears a blue-grey suit. he is standing on his hind legs in the grass. he has a sort of smirk on his face. he's kinda cartoony lookin. *Decadent Dessert*: a basic tres leches cake about the size of my hand. white frosting ruffled on the top edge and smoothed over the top part of the cake. there are slices of strawberry and kiwi and other such fruits placed in the ruffles. its not sitting on top of anything. it's on a light pink background. *Marker*: a bright red crayola marker stained with coloured finger prints. For the circle I pictured a large sphere that’s metallic, almost like a mirror so everything reflects. It’s floating in the middle of the desert 😗 The house was a cute 2 story cottage in the countryside. It had a big green front yard with a really pretty weeping willow tree. A long stone driveway. The house was brick but like white/washed brick if that makes sense? A cute door that was arched, all the windows had shudders and flowers. Never seen it before but I want to live in this house 😭 My clever person is from the book series I’m reading A Court Of Thrones and Roses. My circle was flat, colored in and black, it took up roughly half of my mind’s eye’s field of vision. It was parallel to my mind’s eye. My house vacillated between that little kid drawing of a 2D house (but there was smoke coming out of the chimney like a little cartoon) and the house I grew up in. The drawing was a red and yellow outline with a front door and windows. My clever person was Salvador Dalí with his handlebar mustache, which also conjured up images of an old-timey magician. My dessert is a several-tier chocolate cake with frosting and absolutely dripping with chocolate decorations. Marker: Black/gray Animal: Guinea pig Vacation: Kenya Costume: 6-7 years old, a skeleton Random channel: one of those Catholic sermons/accessory sales Drink: Coca Cola Bedroom: it’s night time, the walls are a dark turquoise/teal color, there are plants all over, there are bohemian-ish macrame decorations on the walls. The bed frame is a 4-poster in kind of a teakwood shade. There are soft yellow string lights giving a slight glow in the room. this seems interesting so i’ll do it. to start: i cant visualise things with my eyes closed. only when they’re open (unless i’m unconscious) circle: a black void background with a 2d circle. it changed from being red and white and from being an outline and solid house: same black void, house from a 3/4ths perspective facing toward the right. it looks like the house from eye tests. it’s “fake” looking, like an old 3d video game with bad graphics. clever: i imagined looking through this persons eyes and what it feels like to have their face. it’s still me, but my face feels “pulled back” like i have a tight ponytail (or like that makeup trend where people put tape on their temples lol.) i feel like i’m standing up straight, like nothing can knock me over, and i feel a little taller than usual. (which isn’t really relative to anything, since i’m still in a black void.) dessert: just some normal chocolate fudge squares in one of those “maybe cookies probably sewing supplies” tins. it was on a table in front of a christmas tree, for some reason. (the tree was just in the background, not “in focus” there were hazy yellowy white string lights on it) it looked like a really zoomed in photograph (we making it out the black void with this one 🙏🔥) marker: dark green expo dry erase marker _specifically_ animal: i imagined a wire cage with a grey and yellow cockatiel. then you said glass cage and my brain couldn’t figure out what to do so i just pictured an empty glass cage 😔 plane: i _just_ arrived so i’m still in the plane 💀 (pretty sunset out the window though) my minds “voice” is telling me i’m in buenos aires, but i don’t know why, i can’t see it costume: a girl with a blue cinderella dress, probably 7 or 8. and despite the background being half-void there is _distinctly_ one of those blow-up dinosaur kids walking around in the back tv: neverending story. (this one makes sense since i just watched it though) it keeps turning into zack and cody though which is interesting since i’ve never watched that. drink: a glass bottle of lemon seltzer water room: it’s daytime in the spring, the windows are open and it’s breezy outside. there’s a meadow outside the window. the bed is pushed right up underneath. all of the blankets are very lightweight and navy blue and there’s 1 pillow with a floral pillowcase. there’s books and papers with random drawings and notes on the bed. i’m sitting on the bed flipping through them. i’m in a cabin at summer camp. everyone else’s areas are different, what i described is just my “space”. no one else is there. it’s just me. under the bed: i had a hard time with this one, because i was never sleeping, and i was focused on a project of some sort. i really didn’t want to leave it. i just ended up in a little cave under the cabin. deep breath: i breathed in and it was really dusty, i breathed out and i was in the meadow outside my bedroom window 💀 (i guess i have a knack for consistent worldbuilding) returning to the minds eye bed involved me just brushing off and going back inside 🧍 dress up: i don’t like being the center of a party or dressing up fancy so i’m really fighting my brain to try this one. update: i lost pajamas: my favorite oversized tan tshirt and sweatpants that have been cut at the knees to make shorts. i’m still in the room from earlier so it’s breezy but still summery and warm. i only need one light blanket to sleep it’s interesting how my minds eye seemed to get stronger as i went.

My favorites are always your roleplays, because my geeky self really enjoys them, but this is the one I always come back to when my brain is being too loud for me to sleep. It helps me focus on one thing (visualizing) and not the three billion things going on in my brain.

A very big 4 post wooden bed with like curtains/ canopy around it. All quite fancy black and deep purple bedding which matches the room well Getting teleported through the bed?: Enchanted forest again lmao, a lil foggy with very lush deep green trees and moss covered rocks. I was already in nature but it switched to a waterfall in that same kinda forest Fancy outfit: A fancy gothic style suit. Long coat, waistcoat- black and embroidered with red flowers. Red shirt and black cravat. A lot of gold accessories. Pointed black shiny suit shoes. Do I look like a vampire? Yes, that's always the goal.

a circle. flat, a glowing outline in black with a gold spark that ran around it so I could be sure it was round. viewing an imaginary flat white plane a house. started with drawing of a house with a circonflex roof and chimney, 1 window in front and door. no people. it's on its own. very childish drawing, but in colour. One kid was a fairy little girl. another is a teen wearing a mask I didn't recognize but they said it was from Squid Game. tv. cooking show. fridge. until you said "open it" I was picturing a pitcher of milk. I had I tried to imagine the nicest most opulent room but it never felt safe. it was strange and unfamiliar. I settled on an almost claustrophobic room, no windows, but bed, desk, computer, books. It was during the day when I started visualizing. I pictured the blankets fall away flower petal style . I immediately thought of Wonderland-esque green fields outside. I didn't see anyone. nature.I standing in a forest of massive trees. light peeking through the canopy. as you said. I'm wearing a black suit, white dress shirt. black bowtie. I wasn't fully comfortable in it but I looked good. My pjs were dark pants, plaid design. and a tshirt.

When you said “clever person” my mind immediately went to both Jack Frost from the Rise of the Guardians movie and also, at the same time, I thought of an art piece I saw that made the rounds online that’s fate meeting coincidence. A slightly cocky, a bit mischievous person. The kind of person I imagine to taunt a villain in a movie and both loves and loathes riddles. I used to see clever people as lawyers like what you said, but now I see them as mischief makers who probably rebel against societal norms. I guess that’s what having college DnD friends will do to you. 😂

I pictured two circles at the same time one was a black outline coloured in with yellow on white paper with a geometry equation in it. The other was pink rose petals in a ring on deep green grass, the yellow one was straight on the other was at an angle below me. I pictured a one room fairy house make with twigs, a oval door and round window in a forest. my person was a black girl probably 15 ish, very curious, working facing a board she is working on, half turned from me. She is very curious and determined to figure something out. Warm knit purple sweater and blue pants. Her hair is natural and in buns. I don't want to say much about my desert because its one I don't like. multi layered white cake with lots of cream and white frosting and layers of raspberry. fruit on top. Colour marker fuchsia. Animal ferret. Plane Barcelona. 8yr old ninja turtle. Gilmore girls. Milk.

I must say gibi, this was such an amazing video. I do not comment often but if you somehow manage to see this i just wanna say im amazed, and i dont know if it was because i was focusing so much on the visualizations or not, but it made me relax more and give me the most tingles in both ears i've had in a while. I dont remember all of them, but i will tell you some of them: First one was a 2D circel( from my minds eye) with a green outline, the circle is white and the back is completly black. The long one was interresting, i imagined a kids room with pink walls, toys all over the floors and 2 small beds. When i layed in the bed and came into the first world that was just me standing in the clouds by myself nobody else. The last world was more like a cartoon ish forest and like cartoon bears. The one where we were in nice clothing i was dressed like thomas shelby from peaky blinders cause i normally go around with a six pence on my head. My pyjamas consisted of long sleeved pajama pants and a pink very cozy sweater. This was very cool, please do this again soon, i loved it
