I just got to the end of this and I have to say Gibi, it truly was the Perfect ASMR Video to watch, very well done, you made all the different advices work together so well, I enjoyed all these triggers a lot 😌. The Eyeglasses part was so good, the Face Rolling, Tapping, Touching, Brushing and Closing Your Eyes parts were probably my favorite, and I of course loved the McSleepy moments 😆, thank you ASMattR. I'm also happy this ended up being more than an hour long, especially knowing that it's cause you had a lot of fun making it, with the Behind the Scenes video and all, hopefully you'll do this ASMRtists friends' advices thing again in the future 😊.

I go on walks daily, and I always feel my baseline anxiety throughout it. I have a smartwatch that gathers heart rate data and gives me a cardio health estimate. It’s always low.
