Hey Sarah, I really enjoy the way you do your ads in the beginning. I was trying to think of a way to make a whole video like that. Maybe writing a transcript and reading it? Or maybe reading a book? Re: 41:30 yes! Water sounds are great. Rain, running shower, predictable or unpredictable dripping, water sloshing in a container, etc. It’s all great ☺️

Hey Sarah, took a few tries but made it all the way through tonight after waking up with a busy mind dreaming. I am definitely a fan of the busy, multiple triggers at once. Gave me tingles almost right away. Also a big fan on when you take a word and just repeat it a bunch, Super relaxing.. Not sure why but, I dig it :p. you should do like affirmations for before an event like a game/competition/business pitch.
