This guy is better than my counselor. The one counselor I had about fell asleep a few times. I did not know I was that boring. lol. Than the other counselor I seen, never said much. I did most of the talking. I mean what kind of help is that, and these people get payed. However, with this guy he talks, and gives good advice and seems to care. Thank you for all you do.

This is fantastic video. Relaxing as always and I love that fireplace. Also, what a great partnership. Mental health is such a key component of overall health. Being able to access these services online and in a targeted way is also great. I really hope more people take advantage of this platform.

Thanks for covering this subject. I've suffered from anxiety since I was young, and have PTSD. Sometimes having someone like this just listen and help calm you, instead of telling you to "Get over it" or: "You can't let your mind get the better of you." makes a difference. xx

Jimmy Hazelwood Cheers :) The Irish way, here was always very much cold and feelings are weakness. Most Irish people can only show vulnerability when they're drunk. (Which as you know, I don't do any longer by the grace of God) So you keep it to yourself and become more frightened and "tough" Thankfully society's attitude is changing nowadays. It's long overdue. xxxxx
