Thanks. I'm at that age where everything feels so intense. It's so difficult to be my age. You have so many feelings to deal this and everyone around you always treat you like a child, they never let you make your own decisions, they act like they always know better than you . But at the same time you are grown enough to be your own person and have your own individuality.

I hope this video might be able to encourage people having difficulty to talk to a professional or at least someone, before it gets to the emergency room stage. Jimmy Hazelwood thanks Jimmy I just know what it's like and I want people to feel comfortable in talking to someone about their problems. It's okay to not be okay. I was bullied all throughout primary school and high school to the point of still having nightmares and having anxiety attacks and passing out quite regularly so I am all for it when people do these videos because it shows they care.

I'm not in school anymore but this helped so much I wish I had a counsellor in my school as I was getting bullied about the way I look and now I am very self conscious about how I look and I don't go out anymore and I don't interact with any one x

My high school counselor used to be the bully himself when I did my last year of high school in the US. Took a detailed email to the Superintendent of Schools of the County to put him in his place.😆
