Fleur, your new boots are so cute! Just so you know, most western boots are made to be repaired, especially your black pair. Because the bottom sole is stitched on, if you wear them out, you should be able to get them re-soled or re-heeled and wear them out all over again. Leather cowboy boots are such a great lifelong investment!

That tiny jewelry chest is 90% identical to the one I had as a child. The doors on each side are different. That's the only difference between that one and the one I had. How cool is that!? 🖤

Rebecca is not really scary! I would say it's a mistery/suspense type of book. There is nothing terrifying, at least not of the grotesque kind, it plays with your emotions and there is certain plot twists, so I highly recommend it.
