(Nothing against it but she was lying) Also our sheriff's office is opening up Don's case again. It's really fascinating stuff

Do you think that you could do a video on your experience in a cult, you don’t have to go into many details but maybe pieces of advice you have learned from being a part of that. I know that that is a very personal and touchy issue so it’s completely understandable if you are not comfortable making that. What was interesting to me about Carole was later in the series, she went after Joe's parents' house and assets. She ruthlessly pursued them and displayed no remorse or understanding for his parents. It shows a lack of empathy on her part and, to me, solidifies the notion that she had (and still has) the mindset to kill Don.

I think joe was being naive getting his parents involved and the fact that joes mom was signing paper without knowing what she was signing was just irresponsible.. they should have discussed their “tactic” with a lawyer and I think Carole was thinking of the bigger picture, her goal is to stop big cats from being exploited by joe which he is infamous for

I mean she kept tigers in cages, smaller cages than Joe btw, she profited off people coming and seeing said cats, but the difference is she played the cards like she was saving them when really she was profiting off the very system she said she despised. I couldn’t stand her (even more than Joe, because at least he was being more genuine abt it) FAKE AF. She was a better cult leader than the other two since she’s still convincing way more people she cares about the cats more than Joe lmao. FREE FOOD? check CULT LIKE BEHAVIOR? check PROFIT? check BIG CATS IN CAPTIVITY ON YOUR PROPERTY TO BE SHOWN TO OTHERS AND NEVER TO BE RELEASED INTO THE WILD? check. But everyone seems to be solely mad at the other two for their behaviors toward the animals.

Yes please, I'd love to hear your opinions on the remainder of the series. I so enjoyed this video! What an excellent and accurate review. I watched the entire series. It's a crazy hot mess of a trainwreck you can't stop staring at. Everyone is more crazy than the last kook, and there's every possible form of drama. I could not believe it when I found out how easily people can own a wild animal in the USA. Shocking! And I agree with you, Mary, that animals in the wild need support living free. I think all zoos, aquariums and wild animal ownership should have been banned before they ever started. And cults scare me. As a mother I can't imagine anything scarier than having your child get sucked into one. And I agree with you, people at vulnerable stages of life are so easy to persuade into a cult with attention and promises and charisma. I'm so glad you got out safely!
