Hi Maria, thank you again for another superb upload. I am a British Disabled Military Veteran, my Back was broken a while ago in a foreign land, long story ! BUT you & one other using this ASMR are often my only hope at sleep & as a way to escape some of the pain I am in. My Meds are terrible & often don't work ! I have been a long time listener & should have spoken up before. Thank You for all you are doing for us out here, I really appreciate it as I am sure many others do too.

+Chief 2 REP: I'm from the States, but I, too, thank you for your service. I say this because sacrifice of any kind knows no nationality. I am very surprised you weren't paralyzed if your back was broken, but I can definitely understand how you might be in a ridiculous amount of pain. I am glad you discovered ASMR, particularly Maria's channel. She has such a sweet, healing, gracious manner, I could swear she has wings, either of an angelic or fairy nature. I don't know how familiar you are with alternative healing, but I have a favorite YT channel that features both Reiki and ASMR at the same time. The channel is called The Lune Innate, and the lady (I think her name is Jillian) who runs the channel is a Reiki master. Watching her videos helps me a lot during the days when I'm battling a sinus headache and the ibuprofen is only helping by half. She also uses tuning forks for sound healing purposes, which is a lovely bonus, energy-wise. But then I am a musician, so I am very easily in tune with anything involving sound. In any case, I definitely recommend that you check her videos out if you want additional help with the pain, as Reiki works on the subtle energy level, not just for easing pain, but for healing. Reiki, as a result, also helps to relax, and can even induce a state of sleep, based on what the body truly needs. May you find a further state of healing and peace!

This video reminded me of when I was like 10 years old and id stay up to watch the jewelry show on QVC, just to see the close up of the models wearing earrings and how they would gently touch them. And how the camera would do close up shots of the jewelry on the stands and measure the dimensions with a ruler and gently touch them to point out its details. This when I first felt ASMr (about 1993), but didnt know it was a thing until recently! Thanks for the video :)

Something about his voice and the movement of his hands while painting, put me in such a relaxed state. Maria! If you have tarnished jewelry you can clean them by taking a container and lining the bottom with aluminum foil. But you earrings in and cover them with a thin layer of baking soda. Then pour boiling water over it and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. It works AMAZINGLY

I just keep replaying the last two minutes over and over, so relaxing! My dream video by you would be some sort of energy healer with these hand movements and breathing/blowing sounds, plus the fluttering, clicking sounds of the crystals = amaaazing!
