Since my cat Annie passed away in September, I have been having trouble sleeping. as someone who absolutely loves baking, i always find it fun to watch others who don’t like it/don’t consider themselves as very good bakers just to see how they go about the process. one of my favorite things ab baking is how delicate it is, and how precise and equal everything must be as i simply just find it calming. however, my mom hates baking for the exact reason i love it 😭😭

Such a cute pie! I would love to see you do more tiny baking! You don't need to do this part for us, of course. Still, others may want to do it: I think making a bunch of tiny pies for dessert or teatime with friends, family, or potluck sounds super fun! You could use a mini muffin tin & make a batch in the toaster oven. My mom used a pastry cutter for piecrust. The zig zag edges were adorable.
