What happens if you don't trim the calluses I'm sure it becomes very uncomfortable but are the plus and minuses to leaving it go? I know tells me to leave my psoriasis alone but for me the more build-up I get the more it cracks and itches.

Ever see the video of the man who cuts callus from his feet that is over an inch in thickness along the whole foot length? He uses a kitchen knife. The large kitchen knife people typically have. I have to imagine he either doesn’t have access to affordable health care or some other issue going on as I can’t imagine letting it get that bad voluntarily. There’s no way he was comfortable.
