As someone with ADHD, I always look at each item on screen (even if you say not to look at it 💀) so I think a nice video would be you letting us see whatever object you're about to use. It could be called something like "overexplaining triggers" idk 😭♥️ Then again, you could also do the opposite, like not giving us enough time to look at the triggers, and we have to follow your instructions. Thats what i enjoy most, then once we're done following the object we can look at the other stuff.?
