you dont need to replace a chair cause it squeeks. just spray a general purpose lubricant spray like wd40 on it. and no more squeeks. just go to a hardware store and if you tell them you want that your country might have different brands but there defibitely going to sell it

You can buy a spray can graphite spray. Spray it everywhere that two pieces touch and the squeak goes away. It’s what I use

Hallo, zum Problem mit dem Stuhl. Die Lösung wäre für mich: Kein Stuhl mehr. Soll heißen: Entweder auf ASMR im Stehen umsteigen, oder im Schneidersitz am Boden. Ich halte das Konzept "Stuhl" sowieso nicht für besonders gesund. Eine kleine Bank, wo man z.B. ein Bein nach oben holen kann, und dann das andere wie beim klassischen Stuhl am Boden ist... Denk an die Kinder, die in der Schule in Stühle gezwungen werden. Da kann man durch achtsames Sitzen, den Kleinen bestimmt helfen, wenn man selbst weiß, wie die innere Haltung sein kann/sollte. Grüße aus Niedersachsen
