I have listened to this multiple times. NOT because I enjoy the story, but to remind myself that it actually happened. And that when people speak of monsters among us, my head and heart LITERALLY think each time it CAN'T be true. Unfortunately it IS. It's one of those horrors that I pray will NEVER be repeated. This is NOT something that gets easier on repeated listens. I believe every word is true, and that is beyond horrifying. The only way I can accept it is to remind myself of the eventual outcome. One that comes far too late for so many. Man, woman or child it makes no difference to this monster. Actually MONSTER is too good a word for him (whose name I cannot speak.) Like a true demon it doesn't seem like it CAN be true, but unfortunately I know it was. I appreciate you being brave enough to share it. This man, Chris Watts and probably way more others than I'd like to believe can't exist. Unfortunately they do. Oh and let us not forget Scott Peterson, another cowardly SOB in there while we're at it. I miss new true crime cases from you but seriously this is one of the worst of the worst. In a world that has produced or created the occasional Chris Watts, I must ask myself WHY??? I haven't yet found an answer other than pure evil. As in ZERO redeeming qualities. What a truly mad world in which we live. And I am not convinced it's going to get better anytime soon. I can HOPE, and that is the saving grace. 😔💜
@JessieWhispersАй бұрын
Thank you for sharing what was on your mind! I’m right there with you. ❤️ I can’t think of the Chris Watt’s case without feeling so much rage. I’ve thought about covering it, but I think that’s one I wouldn’t be able to get through filming. I hope too that one day these terrible things won’t happen, and that people will think about the consequences of their actions.

Do you think you'll be covering any more cults? I've listened to this one so many times that I almost have it memorized. It never loses its horror, but your voice is so soothing. It lessens the "sting." I can't help but be interested in what makes some people commit to something that requires losing their identity as well as everything that makes them special as an individual.

Yk what’s so funny is that he was obsessed about he verses in the Bible that talks about obedient women but when u keep reason after that very specific verse it continues to tell the man to love and cherish his wife for he who finds a wife finds a good thing. The Bible says such things many many times. I hate it when ppl pick and choose what the Bible says to fit their own agenda.
@JessieWhispers8 ай бұрын
I’m glad you brought this up! You are exactly right! I was hoping someone would talk about this. I try to stay away from my personal beliefs on YT, but I was raised to believe the Bible taught unconditional love and kindness. It hurts that people twist it to fit their own selfish desires. Another thing, which I believe is in Matthew 5, it talks about lust, and how if one eye causes you to slip up, it should be thrown out. Curious to see how this monster would have argued that one 🤨 Easily the most manipulative and twisted person I’ve heard of!
@CalicoBlack22468 ай бұрын
@@JessieWhispers right! I agree! There’s so much the Bible talks about that no one even pays attention to. They think it’s all rules and controlling but it’s not. There’s so much love in it and I just wish ppl gave it a chance. God defends women more than he’s given credit. He loves us all equally. He literally made woman to help the husband and be wise for the husband to lean on and listen to for guidance! I just can’t believe someone so disgusting would take gods word and flip it to suit him it’s sickening. I pray god comes into the lives of ppl like that and makes a change in their hearts.

I've listened to this several times and I think you were very brave to share it. Sometimes there are horrific things perpetrated by evil people like this "waste of space" (too kind a way to describe this monster) but I am trying not to rant and rave, which is hard. Again, thank you for your bravery in sharing such an unbelievable but unfortunately true case. I can't say I understand the cult mentality, but I can say with certainty that this guy is the worst. Maybe even compared to people like Charles Manson. Love your channel. Keep up the good work! 💜
