My wife's family is from Türkiye and I can honestly say I've never had any of the candy in your box or really heard of a popular Turkish candy (as we Westerners expect it to be). Lokum and helva are way more popular or anything from Ulker, but otherwise German sweets (Haribo, Kinder, Milka, Ritter, anything Nutella) are more popular there. I guess all that is to say don't feel bad if you didn't like the stuff you got - chances are no one eats it over there either. 😂
