I have the exact same ones that I use for fishing since I'm always on my boat and the sun can really hurt your eyes out there. These were soo worth the money imo. I would recommend straps too especially when around water

Never hold glasses by the middle when cleaning them as it's a very weak spot and likely to snap over time. Hold the outside of the other lens. :)

Tip when you clean your glasses: Hold them at the nose piece. You can break them if you hold the ear piece. Great video as always.

try downloading a free programme called f.lux it turns the light on your computer screen to warmer yellow tones which is not as harsh on your eyes as the normal blue light. It is meant to make it less stressful on your eyes when using your computer at night but it may help you.
