I didn’t know it was anxiety. I do everything you just said and also find asmr as a way to stop doing it. My mum has been saying that I’m ‘stimming’ for years, whatever it means.

Gloves sound is my favorite trigger. I prefer the white latex gloves most. Tight gloves pair euqal best sound. And I like the putting on part like you. Super tingly ❤❤ With white latex gloves, feel cleanliness and professional ❤❤

The only part I skip is the cotton bud rubbing on the back I dont really like the sound but other than that 10/10 would recommend if you want a asmr video but dont want talking tapping ect I also love the fact that she uses makeup 😂❤

When the video title says unintelligible, it usually means something like this. Some people prefer this kind of ASMR, because if they can make out what's being said, they listen too carefully and can't relax / sleep.

I agree. I love unintelligible whisper/voice sounds but when compared to the rest of the sounds in the video it wasn't quite loud enough and was distracting at times. Still a good video though 😊
