Hi friends! Throwback to the vet video I did a couple years ago with a stuffed animal - we’ve leveled up this time with a real dog! I was feeling a little under the weather today but I still wanted to film something so Kovu is the center of attention for this video! We had a big play sesh in the park that afternoon where he ran around a lot so he was very sleepy 💤 We definitely took a more relaxed approach, less like a real veterinarian visit but I hope this video helps you feel cozy and calm tonight 🤍

What is ASMR?
“Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response”
The relaxing static-like ‘brain tingles’ experienced by some people at the back of the head or down the spine in response to specific visual or audio triggers. ASMR content is commonly used to help with stress relief, relaxation, anxiety, and sleep.
