Thank you for watching! I always pump the ball up to where it’s just a little squishy when you press it. I wish I could give you a better idea of it, I’m sorry. I don’t use an electric pump either so it’s just all by feeling. If you have an electric pump, there is air recommendations on the ball near the pump!
