Training & Free Kicks in Adidas Predator 24 Elite

In today's video I test out the brand new Adidas Predator 24 elite football boots. The predator with the tongue was worn by some of the best players to ever play the game, from Beckham, to Zidane, and now of the feet of current stars Jude Bellingham and Trent Alexander Arnold. What better way to test out the legendary Adidas predators than to take them through an individual technical training session and practice some Free Kicks.

Hi Mate, greetings from Australia. My knees were badly injured when I was 14, my parents therefore disallow me to play football any more. I am 33 now and recently I started to play again, however after a few training session I realized that I can no longer feel and control the ball like before. When I was a kid, I can pickup any movements within 10 or 20 attempts. I never worried about juggling the ball with any part of my body, but now it took me 7 months to be able to juggling for 200 times or something. I watch Michael's video as well. Mostly of the movements look so familiar and I remember I did that when I was a kid, however now it seems that my feet can no longer move precisely to finish those training. Keep going mate I am so regret that I hadn't insist to play football after that injury and now even my knees recovered, I might could no longer play well😪

Make sure you’re doing everything you can to get that 1% better. Better training, better nutrition, better sleep, better recovery. Make sure you’re training in a way to strive for improvement by structuring your sessions and tracking progress by journaling, or filming yourself. Get yourself in as many match situations as possible, if you’re already training with a team multiple times per week, great. If not, look for other opportunities to train against pressure (small sided games, friendlies, one v one, two v 2, etc). Above that, building your resume is important, you should be pursuing to play in the best clubs in your region, so that you are developing your game IQ and competing against the best players available to you. Continue this process, always looking to move onto better clubs, seeking the best for your development, and with lots of work you may find that opportunity some day to take the next step in being a professional 👍

I can’t really compare them to the phantom, since the upper of the phantom is a very soft knit with accommodates most foot types. The predators are fairly narrow, and adidas typically have a narrower toe box also 👍

Each injury is different mate. I would recommend implementing Nordic curls into your strength routine once recovered. They have been shown to significantly reduce hamstring tears.
