@Rain In July When RuneScape first came out the tutorial zone was very different. It was not intuitive at all. The graphics were 2D but they rotated with the camera so they were like fake 3D. If you tried to cast a spell there was a chance it would fail to activate and if that happened you had to wait 15 seconds to try again. But whether it was a success or failure the runes were used up either way. Just like WoW Classic started on patch 1.12 instead of version 1.0 RuneScape mobile is technically RuneScape 2. Today's RuneScape is probably 5 or 6. Except RuneScape came before WoW ;)
