I know it was mostly just a short aside, but I found it heartening to hear about your type 1 diabetes. I've had type 1 for over half of my life now and it's rare to hear anyone talk about it in any capacity beyond getting it confused with type 2. Your mentioning of it in the video helped me feel less alone with the condition. Thank you for the ASMR video as always. Your videos never fail to help me relax when I'm studying and working.

I really appreciate hearing this, thank you! I don't talk about my diabetes on the channel much, because it doesn't often seem relevant, I guess. But I never thought about the fact that others with Type 1 would like to hear me mention it. And I know what you mean, too; whenever I learn about a celebrity or somebody with Type 1, I feel an immediate connection. Like the shared struggle brings us all together in a nebulous way. It's very easy to start feeling isolated with the condition, because for the most part it's a pretty "hidden" kind of illness, if you're managing it properly, but it's important to remember that we're not alone. Your sister has a difficult life ahead, but with discipline and support, she can be just as happy and healthy as anyone else :D And yes, I could keep the snacks around for a quick sugar bump if I'm hypoglycemic, but I have other things I use for that, and I would never get through all of these sweets at that rate so my gf's just been enjoying them!

Just thought I'd say since you said you hadn't seen anything like that Mewtwo keychain before, you can actually buy much larger versions of those with colour appropriate LEDs inside them (Purple for Mewtwo, green for Bulbasaur, etc) as desk lamps, they look awesome should you ever want a funky new desk lamp.

We actually have those Ritter Sport biscuit things here in America in some places. I'm mainly seen them in Trader Joe's (a grocery store chain that does more organic stuff, kinda like Whole Foods but way less pricey) locations.

Your attention to detail is remarkable! To answer your question, I believe Europeans usually print dates in sequence, i.e. day-month-year (or reverse), rather than the weird American convention of month-day-year. In which case, the Raffaello expires on September 5th, 2017. Phew, safe!
