What you're saying about not expecting the constant upward spiral of growth for yourself but to expect a more cyclical way of living and changing is so wise and so true. I love the monthly resolutions idea. Glowing more and doing more things that make you feel more human is an amazing goal. Request: Can you do a video of you meditating or maybe just explaining how to meditate and giving some tips? I really don't understand meditation that well, but I'd like to start doing it. Thanks.

Absolutely! I think that's true for all Capricorns but especially for our Jan 1 babies like you! We feel the close of the old year and the start of the new one a little more strongly I think, because it coincides with more than just the calendar year for us

It’s highly comprehensive in the esoteric knowledge across different cultures. I know you like astrology, so it could be up your alley. Also, I too got sick into the new year. literally from the 29th to the 3rd. I took medicine at 9 pm new year's eve and slept for about 13 hours 💀💀 so my fresh start happened late as well. I feel for you!
