What is ASMR?
Autonomous sensory meridian response, sometimes auto sensory meridian response, is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. A pleasant form of paresthesia, it has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia and may overlap with frisson.

A real doctor would actually leave a patient suffer with chronic pain. Tell you to take Tylenol. A decent one would at least try some sort of treatment.

To all of the chronic pain sufferers - obviously I do not know the type of pain or what it comes from, but I used to work for a medical laser therapy device company. If you are able, I'd HIGHLY recommend going to a doc (usually they are PTs or chiropractors) that has a class 4, 4 wavelength laser (650nm, 810nm, 915nm, 980nm). Specifically Summus (I am biased but they do make the best laser). I'd sell the lasers to clinics and the results were genuinely amazing.

This is so sweet 🥹. Side note, a lot of ppl take meds and forget stuff. I would add things like "did you take your meds?", "did you complete your self care tasks for the night?", and, "did you lay out anything you need for tomorrow?". Also the phrasing of "have you completed any work" would make me feel guilty on a self care or struggle day, but if it was phrased more like, "have you completed the tasks you set out to do today, and if not, dont forget to do them as soon as you are able❤". Im sorry to harp on the phrasing. I am not trying to be pedantic, but i see how much you care and I want to give you feedback bc i appreciate feedback. I am also autistic, sorry if this is not normal socially 😅. I only have constructive criticism for what i know myself and others may struggle with beyond what you have already thoughtfully reminded us of.
