The Velcro on the blood pressure cuff is actually my favourite trigger i could watch a whole video with it I really miss it in this one but can appreciate you doing it this way to still be able to include it in the video

I appreciate this video so much. I was diagnosed with mastitis a few months ago with no recent childbirth and the 1st doctor just pushed antibiotics at me and walked out the door with literally no exam or explanation. I had to get a 2nd opinion and that doctor acted like breasts were so private and was hesitant to even look. I really just wanted the pain to stop.

My goodness, as soon as you examined each breasts i shuddered at the memory of the pain. 3 babies, 3 times breastfeeding & 3 times each baby I ended up with mastitis.
