See, I find these comments really uncomfortable. There is an unnatural parasocial attachment to both of these people and I find it highly disrespectful for random strangers to make comments about their relationship or their reaction to breaking up. Like it's none of your business. People only figure it out because they followed their social media so intently. Like marno might be really fucking happy to be single and it's none of our business. He might be heartbroken and it's still none of your business. And sadly like this weird obsessive kind of comments are always on the male ASMR videos.

They're just trying to show further support by letting the creator know that they hope their ok, you're just making up a more complicated story in your head about how it may have a bigger meaning. I'm sure Marno finds these comments very heartwarming, or else for one he wouldn't of hearted it himself, or two he would speak out and say so himself. They're wishing Marno well, not you, so I don't feel as if there was any need for you to say you're uncomfortable with this. Let people support whoever they wanna support.

Both Marno and Goodnight Moon made it public in community posts that they were separating, just like how they made it public through their channels that they were dating. Goodnight Moon has talked about it on her channel in some of her videos in passing. It wasn't exactly some dug up secret. They've also expressed thanks for support during this by their audiences. Personally I think sending a supportive message in this context isn't really that big of a deal, especially considering that the creators haven't expressed being uncomfortable with them, and in the case of Marno on this comment, hearted them or expressed appreciation.

Yo I just had a great idea for mic pulling, do it like seed sprouts, but use sewing needles with thread in them. Feed it through the mic cover from the inside, and then put the cover on and stick the needles in. That way you can actually pull a physical thing out of the cover!
