Have your iron levels checked for sure. I don't have any health reasons for craving these types of videos myself, but some do. I just love the scents, stress relief, and sounds. When I was pregnant cleaning/scrubbing was like an addiction honestly. I've heard of woman craving the powders (eating or tasting them). Please never do that. There's absolutely nothing wrong with watching these videos, but always be safe when using chemicals for cleaning or squeezing. What you don't see in my videos is the safety precautions taken (gloves,mask and lots of fresh outside air). I use a lot, lol . I'm so glad you enjoy my channel. Wish these types of videos were available when I was pregnant. Congratulations on your pregnancy♡
