There’s a lack of cultural understanding here - this therapist is not trying to change her actual bones she’s simply reshaping the soft tissue which can get pulled into certain formations through muscle tension and habitual facial expressions. It also helps drain the lymph and stimulate blood circulation. It’s a good way of avoiding lines like frown lines which form when your facial muscles get stuck in certain positions from habit and use. Regular facial massage as well as exercises can really help avoid lines.
@katens20022 күн бұрын
She's absolutely claiming to be restructuring her bones. And even the soft tissue can't be reshaped enough to change your facial structure.
@Ali-Bea2 күн бұрын
@@katens2002 Soft tissue can be manipulated to change the contours of the face which can make features look more even. Muscles can also be built up (with exercise) or atrophied (with Botox) to change the face shape considerably.
