"Do you have any suggestions?" I only have one, and its just a massage technique that will not only feel amazing, but truly treats a person's muscles, and knots. I notice when massaging the neck, and hands, you(Anil) pull away from the heart, when truly youre meant to push it towards the heart(blood/toxins). And with the neck, at the base of the skull meets the neck, pull from under the skull, and down the neck, into the back/shoulders. Feels amazing, and cures a lot of headaches, and soothes a lot of people's knots. Simple method, been eatching these videos for a lomg time now, and this aleays helps me get put to sleep, or simply relax. Thank you camera man , and Anil so much!
