I do this when i feel a bit constipated, to move the waste around the large Intestine/Colon, also to massage the appendix area, to prevent it from becoming inflamed. Good stuff. 👍

Yes it was a bit painful but I believe where there is pain there is relief afterwards. It's definitely more of a practical massage rather than relaxing but the whole therapy was nice even if a couple of painful spots :)

I think what would benefit you is to change your cameraangels and the actual way you work when you do your own asmr on others. You seem to work a lot with your arms above your shoulders and doing that is ache on the whole neck shoulder area. So lower your real persons, reangel your cameras and work below shoulder height.
