I was planning to visit Slovakia, including this region, this year but life got in the way. It seems so beautiful and I'm sure there will be an opportunity to visit in the future.

Hi as a Slovak, I really like the video. You should also check Špania dolina and Kremnica in this region. And those red lines in the mountines are mostly ski slopes

I hope that another day will History and geography of Žilina, the city when my dad studied during Czechoslovak period. This is only one place where I was in Slovakia (10th August 2024), but no first time when I alone go outside my country. I ussually go to Germany, (on this railway line Liberec-Zittau is one Polish village Porajow, but on this 2km long Polish segment isn't any stop). In monday I'll go to another town. It is Spa town Altenberg in Ore mountains. Once I was in Gmund in Austria.
