I have been to Monaco on three separate days and I found it very nice for tourists. The train station is right in the middle of the country, there is affordable parking, free toilets (sometimes with people checking over them), free elevators as you said, nice parks, lots or stuff to see... It's a good time, really. The one time I needed to get food I was able to get a sandwich in a bakery for a really good price despite the country's economics. Overall I've always been satisfied while visiting the country and am planning to go there again this summer (I am French and often go on vacation near Monaco).

I don’t know much about Monaco other than it’s a coastal small Courtney with a monarchy that grace Kelly married into.
