Hahaha I still can't read the labels even though I am already wearing my glasses. Also, funny how a video of a play-doh could be calming and exciting at the same time. I don’t want to toot my own horn but I love drawing with pencil, I’m pretty good at it; along with water painting. As long as I have five minuets practice with painting I will be great at it. But for a beginner? I would say acrylic painting is really nice.

I started my children off with water colour! It's very easy clean up and minimal start up costs. There is a lot of tutorials online ❤

I would recommend watercolour, it's easy to blend if you make a mistake. I would save oils for later as they take a long time to dry and they are quite difficult to use. Bob Ross is fantastic to watch too and alot of his tecniques can also be used in watercolours! Get a fan brush to make some 'happy little trees' too! Bob makes them with oil but I love to make them with watercolours. Hope this helps! And, by the way, new fan here! ❤️

I'll always remember my love hate relationship I had with playdough as a kid. I wanted to sculpt great big things that held their shape, but it always collapsed and fell apart.
